Prof. Jiancheng Li

City University of Hong Kong, China

Jiancheng Li, Ph.D., is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Intelligent Space-Air Network Laboratory, City University of Hong Kong, and a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund of NSFC. He has been listed as one of Elsevier’s Highly Cited Chinese Researchers from 2021 to 2026 consecutively, and also selected in Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists. He received his doctoral degree in information and communication engineering. His main research interests include space-air-ground integrated 6G communication, satellite edge computing, integrated communication-sensing-computing, intelligent resource scheduling for UAV networks. He has presided over more than 20 key research projects funded by the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Joint Research Program. He won the First Prize of Natural Science Award from China Institute of Communications in 2024 and the Best Paper Award of IEEE Internet of Things Journal. He has been honored with multiple high-level talent programs including Hong Kong Young Scientist Scheme, Zhujiang Talent Program Leading Talent, and Xiangjiang Scholar. Professor Li has published more than 120 academic papers in top IEEE Transactions journals and flagship communication conferences, with total citations exceeding 9000. He currently serves as an Associate Editor of IEEE Internet of Things Journal and IEEE Wireless Communications Letters. He acts as Session Chair and Technical Program Committee member for top international conferences including ICC and GLOBECOM, and holds core academic positions in multiple international communication academic organizations.

Prof. Xiangwei Zhu

Sun Yat-sen University, China

Xiangwei Zhu, Ph.D., is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University, and the Director of the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Integrated Navigation and Communication. He is the chief scientist of national key R&D programs and a recipient of the national leading talent of Shenzhen. He has been consecutively selected as Elsevier’s Highly Cited Chinese Researchers and listed in Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists. His main research interests cover Beidou positioning, navigation and timing technology, intelligent trusted navigation for unmanned systems, integrated navigation-communication-sensing, miniaturized antenna devices. He has presided over more than 10 national major research projects including national science and technology major projects, national key model engineering and National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has won the Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and multiple military science and technology awards. Professor Zhu has published over 110 academic papers in top IEEE Transactions series and domestic authoritative journals, and holds more than 60 authorized national invention patents. He serves as a member of the technical committees of many top domestic and international conferences on satellite navigation and integrated communication-sensing, editorial board member of multiple SCI journals, and takes charge of formulating several national standards in the field of space-borne navigation.

Prof. Hongping Zhang

Wuhan University, China

Hongping Zhang, Ph.D., is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the GNSS Research Center, Wuhan University, and a member of the expert group for national Beidou major special projects. He is a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund of NSFC, has been continuously selected as one of Elsevier’s Highly Cited Chinese Researchers from 2020 to 2025, and is listed in Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists. His main research interests include high-precision satellite positioning, multi-source integrated Beidou navigation, seamless indoor-outdoor positioning, space-time reference & precise time synchronization, navigation error mitigation algorithms. He has undertaken a large number of national and provincial research projects such as the Beidou Major Project, key programs of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and national key R&D plans. He was awarded two First Prizes of the Science and Technology Progress Award in Surveying and Mapping, as well as the Outstanding Paper Award of the International Satellite Navigation Conference. He has been granted several high-level talent honors including Distinguished Professor of Hubei Chutian Scholar Program, Luojia Young Scholar of Wuhan University, and Young Talent Support Project of China Association for Science and Technology. Professor Zhang has published more than 100 academic papers in top international journals and conferences including IEEE Transactions series and leading geodesy symposiums, with total citations over 7200. He currently works as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems and the Journal of Satellite Navigation. He also acts as Session Chair and Technical Committee member of ION GNSS and other international satellite navigation conferences, undertaking important academic duties in numerous international academic events.

Prof. Yuanlan Wen

National University of Defense Technology, China

Professor Yuanlan Wen is a doctoral supervisor and core member of key research platforms at the National University of Defense Technology, a national‑level high‑talent expert serving as expert for national aerospace special panels and key technical lead for major engineering projects. Her research covers satellite orbit design, spacecraft precise orbit determination, Beidou navigation support technologies, space environment compensation, multi‑source navigation fusion and aerospace mission simulation. He has participated in full‑cycle R&D of multi‑generation Beidou satellite systems, published over 100 high‑level papers and holds dozens of national invention patents. He has won the First‑class and Second‑class Prizes of the Military Science and Technology Progress Award, with core technologies applied in Beidou networking and deep‑space exploration. He presides over numerous national research projects, works as conference session chair and journal editorial board member, and has cultivated many outstanding young talents in aerospace navigation.
